WELLCOME 17-MILE DRIVE

Itinerary: 

 08:30 am, depart from Thanh Travels' office at 1969 Tully Road # 50 San Jose, CA 95122       

 10:30 am, arrive at 17-Mile Drive and spend about an hour here for taking photo, relaxing, experiencing the beauty & nature.

12:00 pm, continue journey to Fisherman's wharf to see sea lion, with multi activities here including sometimes music, show, lunch time.   

1:30 - 4:30 pm, move on to Cannery Row & Carmel-by-the Sea, a lot of shopping with European style along the path walking down to the sea. We will enjoy our adventure here. 

       08:30pm, back to Thanh Travels at 1969 Tully Road # 50 San Jose, CA 95122.

Please be adviced to prepare your own meals, we will not stop for breakfast, lunch outbound due to time limit, but we do stop for light dinner inbound.   

17-Mile Drive is a scenic road through Pebble Beach and Pacific Grove on the Monterey Peninsula in California, much of which hugs the Pacific coastline and passes famous golf courses, mansions and scenic attractions.  The drive serves as the main road through the gated community of Pebble Beach. Inside this community, nonresidents have to pay a toll to use the road. Like the community, the majority of 17-Mile Drive is owned and operated by the Pebble Beach Corporation. The 17-Mile Drive is a 17-mile (27 km)-long scenic loop having four primary entrances - the main highway entrance at California State Route 1, and entrances in Carmel and Pacific Grove.

Chief among the scenic attractions is the Lone Cypress, a salt-pruned Monterey cypress (macrocarpa) tree which is the official symbol of Pebble Beach and a frequent fixture of television broadcasts from this area.
