WELLCOME TO BEAUTIFUL EUROPE 

Itinerary: 

Day 1: depart from San Francisco Airport.

Day 2: arrive Paris. Check in hotel, discover the Montmartre district,  take Funiculaire du Montmartre to Sacré-Cœur. 

Day 3: In Paris. sightseeing tour to discover main Parisian, Champs Elysées, Saint Germain des Prés, second floor of the Eiffel Tower, Musée d'Orsay, Grand Palais, Petit Palais, and Notre-Dame Cathedral.

Day 4: Paris to Rouen: visit Louvre Pyramid. Depart to The Musée de Rouen.

Day 5 + Day 6:  Rouen to London: get English Channel to Canterbury. Then visit  Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Tower Bridge before arriving in Knightsbridge. Whole next day: Buckingham Palace, watch the world-famous Changing of the Guard ceremony, Downing St, Westminster Abbey, Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, Potter film locations, London Bridge,...

Day 7: London to Amsterdam: visit London Museum in the Kensington District, then take overnight ferry to Amsterdam.

Day 8: arrive Netherlands and visit Volendam, a picturesque fishing village, then stop at Amsterdam. 

Day 9: Amsterdam to Berlin: on the way, stop at Hamelin, a picturesque German town. Then check in hotel in Berlin.

Day 10: Discover Berlin: Historic Center, Museum Island, the Reichstag, the Brandenburg Gate. Stop at the Holocaust Memorial and the Berlin Wall Museum. Have dinner on Kantstraße.

Day 11: Berlin to Dresden, one of the main tourist attractions in Germany. Then, depart to Czech, the capital of Prague, and visit the Old Town Square, Church of Our Lady before Týn, St Nicholas Church and Old Town Hall...

Day 12: Have a city tour in Prague to see Strahov Monastery, Prague Castle, National theatre, and many more highlights.

Day 13 : Check out hotel to fly home San Francisco. All times are estimated.

Day 1: Depart at San Francisco

Day 2: Paris, France.

After checking into your hotel in Paris, in the afternoon you are in eager to discover the incomparable charm of the Montmartre district, with its cobbled streets, stunning Basilica, artists, bistros, etc... Perched on the top of a small hill in the 18th arrondissement, the most famous Parisian district has lost none of its village atmosphere that appealed so much to the inspired artists of the 19th and 20th centuries such as Picasso, Dalí, and Van Gogh. Montmartre still gives as much pleasure to those who stroll around it. Enjoying dinner here is an extremely experience also.

Then, the Funiculaire du Montmartre will take you from near the bottom of the Montmartre hill to near the top and a short climb up some steps from the station brings you to the Sacré-Cœur basilica, the masterpiece of grace and grandeur. Built at the end of the 19th century in the Romano-Byzantine style, it is dedicated to the heart of Christ and is an important place of worship in the capital. For an unobstructed view over Paris, nothing beats the view from the forecourt of the building or, even better, that from the top of its majestic dome.

Day 3: Paris – Meal: Breakfast

You today will embark on a Paris sightseeing tour to discover Paris's cultural heritage, most famous monuments and tourist sights. During this journey, you will be able to contemplate the places which are the fame of Paris. Some reconstitutions of the Paris of yesterday and today will allow you to take an incredible journey back in time, reliving the construction of some of the iconic monuments. Among other main Parisian, you will see the lively districts of the Champs Elysées and Saint Germain des Prés.

This excursion will allow you to reach the second floor of the Eiffel Tower with breath-taking views of the capital by elevator. Built by Gustave Eiffel for the 1889 Universal Exhibition, the Iron Lady rises to 324 meters and offers you an exceptional 360 ° view of the city. At the base of the Eiffel Tower on the banks of the Seine River, you step aboard your river cruise for a ride along the city's romantic waterway, gliding under elegant bridges and past landmarks such as Musée d'Orsay, Grand Palais, Petit Palais, and Notre-Dame Cathedral. This is a great way to take in Paris' architecture in the neon light.

Day 4: Paris ~ Rouen – Meal: Breakfast

At the Louvre pyramid to begin your tour of the museum, which houses more than 35,000 artmasterpieces from around the world, spanning centuries. When entering the museum, you see the top pieces of art, including Venus de Milo, Mona Lisa, and Nike of Samothrace, as well as other works such as Ingres' 'La Grande Odalisque,' Gericault's 'The Raft of the Medusa', paintings by David and Delacroix, sculptures by Michelangelo, and The Coronation of Napoleon by Jacques-Louis David. In addition to artwork, you'll also have the chance to see valuable artifacts like the French crown jewels.

Late afternoon, depart to The Musée de Rouen, also known as the Museum of Natural History of Rouen, originally served as a post-secondary institution to advancements in the fields of further botanical pharmacy and zoology. In the same building is the Museum of Antiquities, which features art and archaeological objects outstanding excavated from the Roman theater in the nearby town of Lillebonne. You also marvel at Rouen City's maze of charming, winding cobbled streets and beautiful historical buildings, some even bearing obvious signs of past conflicts like bullet holes from the Second World War in some walls. 

Day 5: Rouen ~ London, Anh – Meal: Breakfast

Keep going to Northern France, getting English Channel to Canterbury, historic town and surrounding city (local authority) in the administrative and historic county of Kent, southeastern England. Its cathedral has been the primary ecclesiastical centre of England since the early 7th century CE. Then, go straight to London. In London, you absorb views of the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey, watch their glittering reflections in the Thames River. See, too, St. Paul’s Cathedral and Tower Bridge before arriving in Knightsbridge, an affluent area home to luxury boutiques.

Day 6: London – Meal: Breakfast.

We will guide you on an exploration of London’s major landmarks. This will give you a good idea of the history, culture, and legends of Europe’s best-loved city  We will head through Green Park to Buckingham Palace, where we'll watch the world-famous Changing of the Guard ceremony. After witnessing this impressive, traditional ritual, where the New Guard exchanges duties with the Old Guard, we'll head to Westminster. Sights we'll see along the way include Downing St, Westminster Abbey & the Houses of Parliament. Then we'll go to the London Bridge area, where we'll see Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, Potter film locations, London Bridge, Tower Bridge & the Tower of London.

After a short of relax, we indulge in Afternoon Tea, tucking into delicious sandwiches, cakes and traditional scones with cream and jam. This is a British traditional custom that has been around for a long time and today has spread all over the world. 

In the evening, you’ll find pavements of Soho, China Town and Leicester Square busy with tourists going to West End shows, and people looking to have a legendary night out at one of the area’s great bars and pubs. The best way to soak it all in is simply to wander the streets, before settling down for some unbeatable people-watching at a pavement café on Old Compton Street.

Day 7: London ~ Overnight Ferry – Meal: Breakfast

After breakfast, a visit to London Museum, one of the main and oldest museums in the world, and a visit to London’s museum neighbourhood is a great way to spend a day in the Capital. The London’s Museum Neighbourhood is located in the Kensington District and is where you’ll find some of the world’s greatest museums, including the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum and the Victorian & Albert Museum.

Next visitting is Camden, London’s hip and trendy neighbourhood that is famous for its markets and nightlife. Camden London is a great place to explore during both the daytime and evenings, with loads of shops, market stalls, bars and restaurants to see. On Camden High Street, you’ll see lots of funky decorated buildings, which is typical of the hipster charm of London’s Camden district. You’ll find many second hand stores and cheap shops lining both sides of the road, welcoming you to the cool and weird side of the capital.

In the late afternoon, travel to Colchester known as England's oldest city. Free walking. You'll then be taken aboard ferry in Harwich, to experience an overnight ferry ride to the Netherlands.

Day 8: Volendam ~ Amsterdam, Holland– Meal: Breakfast

In the morning, we will arrive Netherlands and visit Volendam, a picturesque fishing village. Then next stop will be Amsterdam, the financial and commercial capital of the Netherlands, where you will have a citytour, seeing its narrow canals, Dam Platz, the main streets and beautiful parks. You will watch the diamond cutting technique firsthand. You'll have time to enjoy a private dinner at Rembrandtplain, serving delicious international food.

Day 9: Amsterdam ~ Berlin, German – Meal: Breakfast

Leaving Amsterdam to Germany. On the way, stop at Hamelin, a picturesque German town. The town is famous for the folk tale of the Pied Piper of Hamelin (GermanDer Rattenfänger von Hameln), a medieval story that tells of a tragedy that befell the town in the 13th century. The version written by the Brothers Grimm made it popular throughout the world; it is also the subject of well-known poems by Johann von Goethe and Robert Browning. Then, head to Berlin and check in at our hotel.

Day 10: Berlin – Meal: Breakfast

A day to experience and explore Berlin. Visit the Historic Center, Museum Island, the Reichstag, the Brandenburg Gate and the city's magnificent parks. Stop at the Holocaust Memorial and the Berlin Wall Museum.Then ejoying your dinner on Kantstraße. Here, you will find a unique restaurant landscape with international specialities. Especially if you are looking for Asian culinary delights, you are better catered for here than anywhere else in the city.

Day 11: Berlin ~ Prague – Meal: Breakfast

Journey through the woods to Dresden, a city with exceptional artistic and architectural heritage that has become one of the main tourist attractions in Germany. You will have time to explore some very impressive palaces. Then depart to Czech, the capital of Prague, and visit the Old Town Square. It is one of the most pleasant squares to visit. Welcoming and charming, the square is surrounded by winding lanes which are great to explore by foot. The Square also houses numerous buildings that are worth visiting such as the Church of Our Lady before Týn, St Nicholas Church and Old Town Hall...

Day 12: Prague

A whole day to explore Prague. Go to the city's must-sees and cover more ground on this extended city tour of Prague. See the essentials and learn what makes Prague such a fascinating place, from the most interesting landmarks to hidden gems, local food recommendations, and inspiring stories. Check out Strahov Monastery, Prague Castle, National theatre, and many more highlights. After city tour, you can enjoy the rest of your stay going further, and taking in the local culture. So, why not a food tour or an evening experience? Now that you know everything about Prague, it's time for you to enjoy it .

Day 13: Prague ~  Home

Check out the hotel. Flying home.
